Nate: Goodnight sweet girl, can I have a kiss?
Carter: Actually, I want you to sing to me tonight daddy...
Me: (surprised, but not at all disappointed, because I ALWAYS sing to her) Ok, baby, give me a hug...
Carter: Actually, you're my best friend, so I want you to sing to me.
And my heart melts into a pool of mush.

Don't you love when they start using big words like "actually"? I think it is the cutest thing and I can only imagine how happy you must be as you are your daughter's best friend!
